Job Summary:
Bharat Earth Movers Limited is seeking skilled and motivated Technicians to support our engineering teams. This role offers a unique opportunity to work in advanced manufacturing facilities and contribute to nation-building in sectors such as defense, rail & metro, mining & construction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist senior engineers and technicians in daily operational and maintenance tasks.
- Observe and participate in the operation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of machinery or equipment.
- Learn and adhere to standard operating procedures (SOPs), safety protocols, and quality control measures.
- Support installation, repair, and preventive maintenance activities.
- Ensure documentation of maintenance activities and report issues to supervisors.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in manufacturing processes.
Key Skills & Competencies:
- Strong technical knowledge in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or Tool Engineering, depending on specialization.
- Hands-on experience with machinery, tools, and industrial equipment.
- Understanding of safety standards, quality checks, and operational procedures.
- Good problem-solving skills and ability to work in a team environment.
- Basic computer skills for reporting and documentation.
