Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and reliable Housekeeping Boy to join our team at Elite Butlers Hospitality Solutions LLP. The ideal candidate should be 10th pass with prior housekeeping experience and good knowledge of cleaning techniques, tools, and chemicals. The role involves maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene across guest rooms, public areas, and other assigned spaces to ensure a safe and welcoming environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, common areas, and facilities including dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
- Clean and maintain floor surfaces in public and employee areas using designated chemicals, supplies, and equipment (e.g., mops, buffers, vacuums, wet vacuum, shampoo machines, stain removers).
- Move furniture, equipment, or supplies as required for cleaning or setup.
- Clean and service assigned rooms or areas as per company standards, including:
- Making beds and changing linens.
- Cleaning and sanitizing bathrooms.
- Emptying trash bins and replacing liners.
- Restocking toiletries and housekeeping supplies.
- Making beds and changing linens.
- Ensure proper handling of cleaning equipment, materials, and chemicals while following safety protocols.
- Report any maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards to supervisors.
- Maintain high standards of hygiene, professionalism, and customer service at all times.
Qualification & Experience
- Minimum qualification: 10th Pass.
- Must have previous experience in housekeeping (hospitality/hotel/household services preferred).
- Knowledge of cleaning procedures, equipment, and safe handling of chemicals.
- Physically fit and able to lift/move furniture or equipment when required.
