Job Description – Housekeeping Associate

Designation: Housekeeping Associate
Location: Dehradun, Uttarakhand
Salary: ₹23,000 per month (per housekeeper)
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Housekeeping Associate to ensure the highest standards of cleanliness, organization, and maintenance within private residences. The ideal candidate will have prior housekeeping experience, strong work ethics, and the ability to independently manage household tasks while maintaining a professional demeanor.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform complete housekeeping and maintenance of the residence.
- Handle laundry, ironing, linen care, and wardrobe management.
- Daily cleaning of rooms, kitchens, bathrooms, and common areas.
- Maintain hygiene, sanitation, and cleanliness at all times.
- Support with occasional guest service and household requirements.
- Ensure attention to detail in maintaining household standards.
Requirements
- Qualification: 10th Pass.
- Prior housekeeping experience within private households or hospitality sector is mandatory.
- Strong sense of cleanliness, hygiene, and organization.
- Reliable, punctual, trustworthy, and professional in approach.
- Ability to independently manage daily tasks and responsibilities.
- Local candidates preferred, or must be able to arrange personal accommodation (as housing is not provided).
Work Setup
- Working with 2 families (4–5 members each).
- Professional, disciplined, and trustworthy staff required.
