Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced HVAC Technician to join our team at Acelot Innovation Private Limited. The role involves installing, maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems to ensure their efficient, safe, and reliable operation. You will work on a variety of systems including VRV, VRF, Package AC, Cassette AC, Ductable AC, Split AC, CSU, FCU, and AHU, ensuring optimum performance and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Install, inspect, maintain, and repair HVAC systems (VRV, VRF, DX, Package AC, Cassette AC, Ductable AC, Split AC, CSU, FCU, AHU, etc.).
- Conduct preventive maintenance, adjustments, and cleaning to optimize performance and energy efficiency.
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical, electrical, and control system issues.
- Perform brazing, nitrogen testing, compressor replacement, PCB replacement, and fault troubleshooting.
- Work with refrigerant systems (R410, R32, R134, R407, etc.) ensuring compliance with safety standards.
- Maintain accurate service logs, inspection records, and maintenance reports.
- Ensure all activities comply with safety and environmental regulations.
- Collaborate with contractors and project teams for system installations and upgrades.
- Provide excellent customer service by handling client queries and suggesting system improvements.
- Stay updated with new HVAC technologies, tools, and industry regulations.
Requirements
- ITI / NCTVT / Diploma or equivalent in HVAC or related field.
- Proven work experience as an HVAC Technician.
- Valid HVAC technician license/certification (as per local regulations).
- Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems and troubleshooting.
- Ability to read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and manuals.
- Proficiency in electrical and refrigeration principles.
- Skilled in handling HVAC tools and equipment.
- Strong problem-solving and diagnostic skills.
- Physically fit to work in confined spaces, lift equipment, and climb ladders.
- Excellent attention to detail and quality workmanship.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
