Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced IT Trainer to join the National Institute of Education and Development. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering effective IT training programs, enhancing learners’ technical skills, and preparing them to excel in today’s digital workplace.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and deliver IT training sessions on basic to advanced computer skills.
- Train students in MS Office, Internet usage, Operating Systems, and other essential IT tools.
- Provide practical demonstrations and hands-on sessions to strengthen learning.
- Assess learners’ performance, identify gaps, and provide constructive feedback.
- Prepare training materials, lesson plans, and user guides.
- Stay updated with the latest IT trends, software, and technologies.
- Support students in troubleshooting technical issues during practice.
- Maintain training records, reports, and student progress documentation.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Graduate (minimum qualification).
- Proven experience as an IT Trainer or in a similar training role.
- Good knowledge of computer applications, software, and hardware basics.
- Strong communication, presentation, and classroom management skills.
- Ability to simplify technical concepts for easy learning.
