Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Specialist with a strong background in strategy, execution, and optimization of digital campaigns. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years’ proven experience in digital marketing, a deep understanding of current trends, and hands-on expertise in leveraging Generative AI tools to drive engagement, personalization, and performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute end-to-end digital marketing strategies across multiple channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, content marketing, and paid ads.
• Leverage Generative AI tools to create innovative campaigns, automate workflows, and deliver personalized customer experiences.
• Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, platforms, and technologies to ensure campaigns are innovative and effective.
• Analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, GA4, SEMrush, HubSpot, etc., providing actionable insights for optimization.
• Collaborate with content, design, and product teams to maintain brand consistency and implement ROI-driven strategies.
• Manage budgets, track KPIs, and ensure campaign delivery aligns with business objectives.
• Lead A/B testing, performance tracking, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in digital marketing with a proven track record of successful campaigns.
• Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, social media ads, email automation, and content marketing.
• Hands-on experience using Generative AI for marketing content creation, campaign automation, or audience engagement.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Strong project management and communication skills with attention to detail.
