Job Summary:
The Telecaller / Credit Counsellor will be responsible for recovering overdue payments from individuals or businesses on behalf of creditors while providing exceptional customer service. The role involves understanding the customer’s financial situation, advising on feasible repayment solutions, and guiding them to maintain or improve their creditworthiness. The ideal candidate will be target-oriented, persuasive, and have strong communication skills in English and Hindi.

Key Responsibilities:

• Counselling customers to help them make informed decisions regarding their delinquent accounts, credit rating, and financial well-being.
• Conduct outbound calls, including follow-ups and reminder calls to customers.
• Create feasible repayment schedules based on customers’ financial situations to secure full or partial payment of debts.
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction during each interaction.
• Record details of enquiries, comments, and actions taken in the system accurately.
• Provide guidance to customers on maintaining and improving their creditworthiness in the future.

Requirements:

• Graduate with a minimum of 1 year of experience in Tele-Collections (Domestic process).
• Good understanding of CIBIL, Credit Score, NPA, and Delinquencies.
• Strong communication skills in English and Hindi (knowledge of vernacular languages is a plus).
• Basic MS Office skills.
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
• Positive attitude with a focus on service delivery.
