Position Overview
We are seeking a qualified and passionate Trainer for the role of Geriatric Caregiver (Institutional & Home Care) under the Qualification Pack HSS/Q6002. The ideal candidate will be TOT (Training of Trainers) certified by the Healthcare Sector Skill Council (HSSC) and possess the necessary educational qualifications and experience as per the National Skills Qualifications Framework (NSQF).
Key Responsibilities
- Counseling: Provide guidance and support to candidates, addressing their concerns and motivating them throughout the training process.
- Training Delivery: Conduct training sessions based on the module curriculum designed by the Sector Skill Councils, ensuring comprehensive coverage of all topics.
- Attendance Monitoring: Maintain accurate records of candidate attendance and participation in training sessions.
- Daily MIS Reporting: Prepare and submit daily Management Information System (MIS) reports detailing training activities and candidate progress.
- Pre-Assessment: Administer pre-assessment tests to evaluate candidates' baseline knowledge and skills.
- Assessment Preparation: Prepare candidates for assessments and certification, ensuring they meet the required standards.
- Placement Motivation: Encourage and support candidates in securing placements and achieving good grades.
- Result Achievement: Strive for a 95% result guarantee by ensuring high-quality training and support.
Educational Qualifications & Experience
As per the Healthcare Sector Skill Council's guidelines for the HSS/Q6002 qualification pack:
- Educational Qualifications:
- B.Sc. in Nursing
- Medical Social Worker in Geriatric Care
- One-year PG Diploma in Integrated Geriatric Care
- B.Sc. in Nursing
- Experience:
- Relevant industry experience as specified for each qualification.
- Relevant industry experience as specified for each qualification.
- Trainer Certification:
- Certified for the job role "Trainer" mapped to the Qualification Pack "MEP/Q2601" with a minimum score of 80%
- Certified for the job role "Trainer" mapped to the Qualification Pack "MEP/Q2601" with a minimum score of 80%
