About the Role:
We are looking for skilled and motivated Technicians to join the authorised dealership network of Force Motors across Uttar Pradesh and Uttarakhand. The role involves repairing, servicing, and maintaining automobile vehicles to ensure optimal performance and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and repair automobile vehicles as per manufacturer guidelines.
- Perform routine servicing, maintenance, and troubleshooting of vehicles.
- Ensure timely completion of repair work with quality standards.
- Maintain tools, equipment, and workshop discipline.
- Provide technical support to the service team and assist in problem-solving.
- Follow safety standards and comply with company and dealership policies.
- Maintain records of service and repair jobs performed.
Qualification & Experience:
- Education:
- ITI (Automobile / Electrician) OR Diploma / Graduate (B.E / B.Tech – Automobile / Mechanical / Electrical).
- ITI (Automobile / Electrician) OR Diploma / Graduate (B.E / B.Tech – Automobile / Mechanical / Electrical).
- Experience: Minimum 5 months of hands-on experience in automobile repair/service.
- Strong technical knowledge in automobile systems, electricals, and diagnostics.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
