Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Steward to join our team at Feastary Hospitality LLP. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and support within the kitchen and service areas, ensuring smooth operations and compliance with food safety protocols.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of kitchen equipment, utensils, and workstations.
- Wash dishes, cutlery, glassware, and cookware efficiently and hygienically.
- Assist the kitchen team with basic food preparation tasks as directed.
- Ensure proper waste segregation, disposal, and recycling practices.
- Organize kitchen supplies and report shortages to support inventory management.
- Follow all food safety, hygiene, and sanitation protocols in line with FSSAI guidelines and company standards.
- Coordinate with service staff to ensure timely replenishment of items and smooth service flow.
- Adhere to health, safety, and operational standards of the hospitality industry.
