Location: Bengaluru Urban (Karnataka)
Job Type: Full-Time
Salary: ₹19,500 – ₹25,000 per month
Shifts: Rotational (Day/Night)
Job Summary:
We are looking for a reliable and experienced Picker / Packer to join our team at the Meesho warehouse. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in warehouse operations, with strong attention to detail, efficiency, and accuracy. You will be responsible for scanning, bagging, and sorting orders to ensure timely and accurate delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items from the warehouse inventory based on order sheets.
- Pack items securely for shipment while ensuring quality standards.
- Scan items for inventory management and order tracking.
- Sort items according to delivery schedules and shipment requirements.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area.
- Follow safety guidelines and operational procedures.
- Collaborate with team members and report issues to supervisors promptly.
Key Skills & Requirements:
- Minimum qualification: 10th Pass.
- Prior experience in warehouse operations, picking, packing, and scanning is mandatory.
- Basic knowledge of warehouse processes and inventory management.
- Ability to work efficiently in rotational day/night shifts.
- Good physical stamina and attention to detail.
- Team player with good communication skills.
