The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating a welcoming and pleasant environment for guests, ensuring superior customer service, and representing the organization with grace and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and greet guests warmly, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Assist guests with seating, event, or service-related queries.
- Provide information about services, facilities, and schedules as required.
- Ensure guest satisfaction by anticipating needs and offering attentive service.
- Maintain professional grooming standards, dress code, and etiquette at all times.
- Coordinate with the hospitality team to ensure smooth event or service flow.
- Handle guest concerns politely and escalate when necessary.
- Maintain an organized and friendly environment to enhance guest experience.
