Location: Gurgaon, Haryana
Position: Bakery Person
Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and skilled Bakery Person with a strong background in food processing and baking operations. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in bakery production, excellent knowledge of baking techniques, and the ability to maintain quality standards while working in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare, bake, and decorate bakery products such as breads, cakes, pastries, and cookies.
- Ensure quality, taste, texture, and presentation of bakery items.
- Follow standard recipes and develop new product ideas.
- Maintain hygiene and safety standards in the bakery area.
- Monitor inventory of raw materials and coordinate with procurement.
- Train and guide junior bakery staff when required.
- Ensure compliance with food safety and regulatory guidelines.
Key Skills & Requirements
- Graduate in Food Processing or equivalent qualification.
- Relevant experience in the hospitality industry (bakery/food production).
- Strong knowledge of bakery operations and modern baking techniques.
- Good communication skills and professional grooming.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
