🎯 Role Overview

We are seeking a certified and experienced Assistant Shuttering Carpenter Trainer to deliver high-quality, NSQF-aligned training to candidates in the construction sector. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for skill development, a strong foundation in shuttering carpentry, and the ability to inspire and guide trainees towards successful certification and employment outcomes.

📚 Key Responsibilities

• Counseling & Guidance: Provide career counseling and guidance to candidates, helping them understand the scope and opportunities in the field of shuttering carpentry.
• Training Delivery: Conduct training sessions as per the curriculum outlined in the Qualification Pack CON/Q0302, ensuring adherence to NSQF standards.
• Attendance Monitoring: Maintain accurate records of trainee attendance and ensure consistent participation.
• MIS Reporting: Prepare and submit daily Management Information System (MIS) reports detailing training activities and progress.
• Pre-Assessment: Conduct pre-assessment evaluations to gauge the baseline skills of candidates.
• Certification Preparation: Prepare candidates for assessments and certification, ensuring they meet the required competencies.
• Motivation & Placement Support: Motivate candidates to achieve high grades and assist in placement efforts to secure employment opportunities.
• Result Assurance: Strive towards achieving a 95% success rate in certification outcomes.

🎓 Educational Qualifications & Experience

• Educational Qualification: Minimum of 12th Grade or ITI (2 years) in a relevant field.
• Domain Certification: Certified for the job role “Assistant Shuttering Carpenter” mapped to QP: CON/Q0302 Version 2.0 with a minimum accepted score of 80%.
• Platform Certification: Certified for the job role “Trainer” mapped to QP: MEP/Q2601 with a minimum accepted score of 80%.
• Experience: Technical Degree holders with a minimum of three years of field experience in shuttering carpentry.
