Position: Biometric Data Entry Operator
Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Biometric Data Entry Operator to manage Aadhaar/biometric enrollment, customer verification, and accurate data entry in compliance with UIDAI/KYC standards. The candidate should be skilled in handling biometric devices, maintaining records, and ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate biometric devices (fingerprint scanner, iris scanner, Aadhaar kits) for enrollment and verification.
- Perform accurate data entry into databases, forms, and online systems.
- Verify documents and capture demographic and biometric details as per UIDAI/KYC guidelines.
- Maintain data accuracy, integrity, and confidentiality at all times.
- Upload and update biometric/KYC records in the system.
- Assist customers in the biometric enrollment and verification process.
- Troubleshoot and resolve minor issues with biometric equipment/software.
- Ensure compliance with UIDAI standards and organizational policies.
- Generate reports and maintain proper record-keeping.
Key Skills & Competencies:
- Fast and accurate typing skills
- Knowledge of biometric equipment and Aadhaar enrollment process
- Proficiency in computer operations (MS Office, database handling)

Qualifications & Experience:
- Minimum Qualification: 10th / 12th Pass or Graduate (preferred)
- Prior experience in data entry, biometric operations, or Aadhaar enrollment will be an advantage.
- Basic computer knowledge and typing proficiency required.
