Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Mobilizer to join our team at the National Institute of Education and Development. The Mobilizer will act as a bridge between the organization and the community, playing a key role in creating awareness, encouraging participation, and ensuring successful mobilization of candidates for skill development, education, and employment-oriented programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Community Connector – Build trustful relationships with local communities to promote participation in programs.
- Outreach Expert – Conduct door-to-door visits, community meetings, and awareness campaigns for effective mobilization.
- Counseling & Guidance – Provide clear and accurate information about opportunities, program benefits, and outcomes to inspire candidates.
- Target-Oriented Performer – Achieve enrollment and mobilization targets within defined timelines.
- Strong Networking Skills – Collaborate with panchayats, NGOs, schools, and local leaders to strengthen mobilization efforts.
- Event Organizer – Plan and execute mobilization drives, job fairs, and awareness camps for maximum outreach.
- Effective Communicator – Deliver impactful presentations in the local language to connect with diverse audiences.
- Data-Driven Approach – Maintain mobilization records, prepare daily/weekly MIS reports, and ensure proper documentation.
- Motivator & Influencer – Encourage youth, women, and underprivileged groups to take part in training and employment opportunities.
- Problem Solver – Address community concerns with practical solutions to improve participation and retention.
