Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Car Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for fitting, removing, and refitting a range of vehicle accessories and components, performing basic wiring work, evaluating vehicles, and providing accurate repair estimates. This is a field-based role requiring regular visits to customer locations.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Accessories Technician:

• Fit new seat covers with precision and care.
• Remove and refit headlights, taillights, internal trims, and plastic covers.
• Remove and refit speakers, tweeters, door trims, cladding panels, and window regulators.
• Perform basic wiring checks and connections.
• Remove and refit number plates, bulbs, AC vents, seats, and floor carpets.
• Fit gear lever knobs, gear lever boots, weatherstrips, and gola rubber seals.
• Fit and align bumpers.
• Remove and refit seat belts and buckles.

2. Technician – AC & Electrical:

• Identify and repair AC-related issues in used vehicles.
• Perform installations, repairs, and maintenance of vehicle electrical components.
• Ensure all repairs meet quality and safety standards.

3. Evaluator:

• Evaluate vehicles at customer locations.
• Provide accurate cost estimates for repairs.
• Inspect vehicle components to identify repair requirements.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Education: ITI (Motor or Diesel) / Diploma.
• Experience: Minimum 3 years as a car mechanic in OEM-based companies such as Mahindra First Choice, Maruti True Value, Toyota, or Tata.
• Skills: Strong knowledge of vehicle components, repairs, and maintenance. Basic wiring skills are a must.
• Licenses: Must hold a valid 4-wheeler driving license; 2-wheeler license preferred.
• Other Requirements:
  • Field job – must visit customer locations for vehicle evaluations.
  • No experience as Service Advisor or in plant/manufacturing-based roles.
