Job Summary:

Valuedrive Technologies Pvt Ltd is seeking a skilled and experienced Car Technician with hands-on expertise in vehicle accessories, AC systems, and electrical components. The candidate will be responsible for fitting, removing, and refitting vehicle accessories, performing basic electrical work, and evaluating vehicles to provide accurate repair cost estimates. This is a field-oriented role requiring visits to customer locations for car assessments.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Accessories Technician:

• Fit new seat covers with precision.
• Remove and refit headlights, taillights, internal trims, plastic covers, and seats.
• Remove and refit speakers, tweeters, and AC vents.
• Perform basic wiring checks and connections.
• Fit door trims, cladding panels, gear lever knobs, boots, number plates, weatherstrips, and goal rubber seals.
• Remove and refit bulbs, bumpers, floor carpet, and seat belts.
• Ensure all components are properly aligned and functional after refitting.

2. AC & Electrical Technician:

• Identify and repair issues related to vehicle AC systems.
• Diagnose electrical faults and perform minor wiring repairs.
• Evaluate vehicle components, perform maintenance, and recommend necessary repairs.

3. Evaluator:

• Assess vehicles at customer locations to provide accurate repair cost estimates.
• Report findings and suggest required repairs based on condition and standards.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Education: Minimum 10th Pass; ITI (Motor or Diesel) or Diploma preferred.
• Experience: Minimum 3 years as a car mechanic in any OEM; experience in companies like Mahindra First Choice, Maruti True Value, Toyota, Tata is desirable.
• Skills:
  • Strong knowledge of vehicle accessories, AC systems, and electrical components.
  • Ability to perform hands-on repairs and installations.
  • Must be able to drive 4-wheeler and own a 2-wheeler.
• Work Environment: Field job requiring visits to customer locations.
• Exclusions: Candidates with only Service Advisor experience or Manufacturing/Plant-based experience will not be considered.
