Job Purpose / Role Summary
The Trainer will be responsible for training candidates in line with the Qualification Pack (QP) THC/Q0102 for Guest Service Associate (Front Office) as per NSQF Level 4, ensuring high standards of learning, assessment readiness, attendance and certification. The Trainer must be TOT (Training of Trainers) certified by the relevant Sector Skill Council and must help ensure almost 95% result assurance.

Degree / Diploma in Hotel / Hospitality Management, Front Office Management or equivalent. Some variation allowed if strong related experience. |

TOT Certification |
Must be TOT (Training of Trainers) certified by the respective Sector Skill Council (i.e. Tourism & Hospitality Skill Council, etc.) for domain “Guest Service Associate (Front Office)” or equivalent. |

Industry Experience |
At least 5 years of work experience in hotel front office / guest services / hospitality operations in relevant role. |
|
Training / Teaching Experience |
Minimum 1 year as trainer or instructor in hospitality / front office domain. (Could be classroom or on-job training). |

Age |
Preferably 18+ (though this is for trainees’ entry, trainer may need to be mature, but not necessarily specified) |
