Role Overview

Amass Skill Ventures Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a highly experienced and motivated Project Manager to lead initiatives within the Training, Consulting & Content Department. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical knowledge in CNC/VMC programming & operations, hands-on industrial experience, and proven expertise in delivering impactful training programs.

The Project Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and managing training and consulting projects, ensuring the highest standards of delivery, industrial alignment, and content development. This role requires an individual with a blend of technical expertise, project management acumen, and leadership skills to drive innovative skill-building programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage training, consulting, and content development projects from initiation to completion.
• Develop high-quality training materials, modules, and industrially relevant content.
• Deliver technical training sessions, workshops, and seminars on CNC/VMC and related subjects.
• Collaborate with industry experts, clients, and internal teams to design and execute consulting projects.
• Ensure timely delivery of projects with proper documentation, monitoring, and reporting.
• Analyze industry requirements and integrate them into content and training solutions.
• Maintain strong stakeholder communication and manage client relationships effectively.
• Track project performance, prepare MIS reports, and ensure compliance with organizational standards.
• Mentor and support trainers and team members in delivering impactful sessions.

Required Skills & Competencies

• Strong knowledge of CNC & VMC programming and machine operations.
• Hands-on industrial exposure with awareness of modern manufacturing practices.
• Proven experience in delivering trainings, workshops, or industrial consulting projects.
• Excellent project management skills – planning, execution, monitoring, and reporting.
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to design, structure, and develop training content independently.
• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office, project management tools, and digital learning/content platforms.

Qualification & Experience

• Graduate/Diploma in Mechanical/Production Engineering or a relevant field.
• Certification or proven training expertise in CNC/VMC operations preferred.
• Minimum 4+ years of industrial experience with at least 2+ years in training/consulting roles.
• Demonstrated expertise in industrial training delivery, content creation, and consulting engagements.
