Job Summary:
Adhaan Solution Pvt. Ltd. is looking for experienced and reliable Picker / Packer candidates for Big Basket operations. The ideal candidates should be physically fit, detail-oriented, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Candidates from Bihar, Jharkhand, and UP are preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items from inventory based on order sheets.
- Pack items carefully for delivery ensuring correct labeling and quantity.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the assigned work area.
- Follow safety guidelines and operational procedures at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Minimum qualification: 10th Pass.
- Prior experience as Picker / Packer in a warehouse environment is mandatory.
- Good knowledge of inventory management and packing procedures.
- Ability to work in shifts and perform physically demanding tasks.
- Must be punctual, reliable, and able to work under supervision.
Work Details:
- Shift: 9 Hours (Any Shift)
- Monthly Income: ₹17,000 – ₹20,000
- Weekly Off: Yes
- Food: Provided once per day
Benefits & Incentives:
- Retention Bonus: ₹2,500 after 3 months, ₹6,000 after 6 months
- Night Allowance: ₹100/day
- Attendance Bonus: ₹2,000
- Picker Incentives: ₹2,000 – ₹8,000
- PF / ESIC benefits
