Job Summary:
We are seeking an energetic and result-driven Tele Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating sales, managing client relationships, and providing excellent service to our customers, specifically for Tally software. This role requires a proactive approach, excellent communication skills, and the ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Call potential leads and generate sales for Tally software.
- Assist clients in maintaining their ledger/accounting and provide issue resolution through the software.
- Handle B2B and B2C sales processes efficiently.
- Communicate the benefits of the software effectively and close deals.
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Graduate with good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and convincing skills.
- Minimum 6 months of experience in tele-sales or related sales process.
- Experience in product selling and handling on-call payments is preferred.
- Target-oriented, self-motivated, and proactive in achieving goals.

- Days: Monday to Saturday
- Time: 10 AM – 4 PM
