Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Data Entry Operator to join our team on behalf of our esteemed client in the Energy, Urban Infrastructure, and Transportation sector. The role involves accurate data entry, reconciliation of meters, preparation of MIS reports, and software-based quality checks. The ideal candidate should be a graduate with 1–2 years of relevant experience, proficient in MS Office, and capable of maintaining high standards of accuracy and efficiency.

- Experience Required: 1 – 2 Years
- Qualification: Graduate with good knowledge of Data Entry & MS Office
- Gender: Male
- Age Limit: 18 – 30 Years
- Working Hours & Days: 9 Hours per day | 6 Days a week
- Payroll: Vision India Services Pvt. Ltd.
Compensation & Benefits
- CTC: ₹17,558/- (Including PF & ESIC)
- In-hand Salary: ₹13,599/-
- Mobile Bill Allowance: ₹300/- per month
Job Responsibilities
- Ensure reconciliation of meters installed vs. meters brought in.
- Share the consumer list required for MI activities.
- Prepare and maintain MIS reports accurately and on time.
- Carry out software-based quality checks for installed meters and consumer indexing.
- Maintain records with high accuracy and ensure compliance with data management policies.
- Coordinate with internal teams to support project execution and reporting.
Key Skills Required
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Ability to prepare, analyze, and maintain MIS reports.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication & coordination abilities.
