Job Summary
We are looking for skilled and experienced Machine Operators with an ITI background to join Morling Global Pvt. Ltd. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating, maintaining, and supporting production machinery to ensure efficient operations. Candidates should have hands-on experience in machine handling, basic troubleshooting, and production support. This role requires attention to detail, discipline, and the ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
1. Job Categories & Eligibility
- Role: Machine Operator (ITI)
- Qualification: ITI (Fitter / Mechanical / Electrical / Turner or equivalent trade)
- Experience: Must be experienced in machine operation
- Gender: Male candidates only
2. Key Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor production machines as per company standards.
- Perform routine checks and basic maintenance of machines.
- Ensure smooth production process and timely completion of tasks.
- Assist in quality checks and follow safety & operational guidelines.
- Support production supervisors in achieving daily production targets.
3. Salary & Work Details (CTC)
- Monthly Salary (8 Hours): ₹11,700
- Overtime Rate: ₹58 per hour
- Duty Hours: 8 Hours per shift (overtime as per requirement)
- Facilities: No lodging/transport provided – candidates to arrange on their own.
- Note: All salary details mentioned are CTC (Cost to Company).
4. Required Documents (at the time of joining)
Candidates must carry the following documents during joining:
- Aadhaar Card (Original + Photocopy)
- PAN Card (Photocopy)
- Bank Passbook (Photocopy – salary account)
- Educational Certificates (10th / 12th / ITI / Diploma as applicable)
- 4 Passport Size Photographs

Certificate : N/A
Industrial Certificate : Experience
