Location: Faridabad (Haryana)
Qualification: ITI (Industrial Training Institute) in relevant trade
Experience: Minimum 1–3 years of experience as a Machine Operator in manufacturing/production setup
Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Machine Operator to join Randstad’s production team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in operating manufacturing machines, strong mechanical aptitude, and the ability to maintain quality standards. This role requires attention to detail, adherence to safety guidelines, and teamwork to achieve daily production targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate various manufacturing machines as per standard operating procedures.
- Set up machines and equipment before production runs to ensure readiness.
- Monitor machine performance and make necessary adjustments to maintain product quality.
- Perform routine preventive maintenance and cleaning of machines.
- Identify and troubleshoot mechanical issues, reporting breakdowns promptly.
- Maintain accurate production and maintenance logs for record-keeping.
- Follow all safety, health, and environmental guidelines to ensure a safe workplace.
- Collaborate with the production team to achieve daily and weekly output targets.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, quality standards, and operational procedures.
Key Skills & Competencies:
- Strong knowledge of machine operations and mechanical systems.
- Ability to read technical drawings and follow instructions.
- Good problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Basic knowledge of safety protocols in a manufacturing environment.
- Attention to detail and quality-focused approach.
- Team player with good communication skills.
Working Conditions:
- Working Hours: 8–9 hours per day (shifts may apply).
- Benefits: As per company norms (PF, ESI, overtime, etc.).
