Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and experienced Field Service Engineer to join Security Solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the installation, servicing, and maintenance of security systems, including CCTV, security alarm systems, fire alarm systems, access control systems, and office automation products. This role requires technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and the ability to provide prompt service to clients across the Etah region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install, configure, and maintain CCTV systems, fire alarm systems, security alarm systems, access control systems, and office automation products.
- Conduct troubleshooting, repairs, and preventive maintenance for all security equipment.
- Respond promptly to client service requests and provide technical support on-site.
- Perform regular inspections and testing of systems to ensure functionality and compliance with standards.
- Maintain accurate service records and prepare reports on completed work.
- Provide client training on installed systems and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with the back-office team to manage schedules, service calls, and client requirements.
- Ensure proper use and safekeeping of company tools and equipment.
Requirements:
- Qualification: Minimum 12th Pass with good technical knowledge.
- Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of experience in installation and servicing of security systems (CCTV, alarms, fire systems, access control, etc.).
- Must own a 2-wheeler, valid driving license, and smartphone.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the Etah region and provide service on short notice.
- Strong knowledge of electrical/electronic systems and troubleshooting techniques.
- Excellent communication and client-handling skills.
- Candidates from Etah and nearby districts will be preferred.
