Qualification: Minimum 10th Pass
Experience: Must have prior experience in Picker / Packer role
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Picker / Packer to join our team at IKAMATE HR INDIA PVT. LTD. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling warehouse operations that include picking items from inventory, packing them securely, and preparing them for dispatch. This role is crucial in ensuring timely, accurate, and quality order fulfillment, contributing to customer satisfaction and smooth supply chain operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Pick items from inventory based on order sheets accurately.
- Pack orders neatly, safely, and securely for delivery.
- Label and tag packages correctly before dispatch.
- Ensure quality checks for all items being packed.
- Maintain cleanliness, safety, and organization in the work area.
- Assist in loading/unloading of goods if required.
- Coordinate with team members and supervisors for smooth workflow.
- Meet daily order processing and packing targets.
Required Skills & Competencies:
- Good knowledge of warehouse operations, order picking, and packaging.
- Basic understanding of inventory and stock management.
- Ability to work quickly while maintaining attention to detail.
- Physically fit to lift, move, and handle packages.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Punctual, reliable, and willing to work in a fast-paced environment.

- Working Hours: 9 hours (with breaks)
