Tectronics Engineers is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Service Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to deliver exceptional service to our clients. The Service Engineer will be responsible for understanding customer requirements, providing technical support, and ensuring the optimal performance of our products and services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and deliver technical presentations explaining products and services to customers and prospective clients.
- Confer with customers and engineering teams to assess equipment needs and determine system requirements.
- Collaborate with sales teams to understand customer requirements and provide necessary technical support.
- Secure and renew orders while arranging timely delivery of products and services.
- Plan and modify products to meet specific customer requirements.
- Assist clients in troubleshooting and solving problems with installed equipment.
- Recommend improved materials or machinery to customers, demonstrating how changes can reduce costs or increase productivity.
- Participate in research and development of new products and innovative solutions.
- Prepare and implement strategies for network development, market coverage, and increasing market share.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Graduate in Engineering (B.E / B.Tech) in a relevant field.
- Proven experience as a Service Engineer or in a similar technical role.
- Strong understanding of mechanical/electrical systems, equipment maintenance, and troubleshooting.
- Good knowledge of customer service practices and sales support.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
