Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic, experienced, and results-driven Sales & Marketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating revenue by promoting and selling the company’s hospitality services such as rooms, banquets, events, conferences, and other offerings. This role requires excellent relationship-building skills, business development acumen, and a strong ability to achieve sales targets while enhancing brand visibility in the competitive hospitality market.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, develop, and convert new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, digital platforms, and client meetings.
  • Maintain and strengthen long-term relationships with existing corporate and individual clients to generate repeat business.
  • Promote and sell hospitality services including rooms, banquets, weddings, conferences, and special events.
  • Prepare and deliver persuasive sales proposals, contracts, and quotations to potential clients.
  • Achieve monthly and annual revenue targets set by management.
  • Conduct hotel tours, site inspections, and client presentations to highlight service offerings.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute promotional campaigns and offers.
  • Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and industry networking events.
  • Maintain up-to-date records of all sales activities in CRM/hotel management systems.
  • Provide timely sales reports, competitor analysis, and market insights to management.

Key Requirements:

  • Graduate degree in Business Administration (B.B.A.), Hotel Management, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of proven sales & marketing experience (hospitality industry preferred).
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and hotel management/CRM software (e.g., Opera, IDS).
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays when required.

Preferred Skills:

  • Knowledge of the local corporate, travel trade, and hospitality markets.
  • Experience in both B2B and B2C sales for hotels or resorts.
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts, deadlines, and client requirements effectively.
  • Strong presentation and networking skills.
