Summary:

We are looking for experienced and dedicated Housekeeping Staff to join Sodexo India Services Pvt. Ltd. The ideal candidate should be at least 10th Pass, well-groomed, and have good knowledge of housekeeping practices, cleaning methods, and safety standards. The role requires maintaining cleanliness, hygiene, and safety in assigned areas while delivering services with attention to detail, discipline, and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

• Clean and maintain all assigned areas (rooms, corridors, washrooms, offices, etc.).
• Collect and dispose of garbage and waste material in a safe manner.
• Perform cleaning and sanitization of work areas as per schedule.
• Refill consumables such as tissues, hand wash, sanitizers, and other supplies.
• Operate cleaning equipment and use chemicals as per standard guidelines.
• Follow duty schedules and complete tasks within allocated timeframes.
• Maintain a high level of hygiene and safety in all assigned areas.
• Respond promptly to requests for immediate cleaning assistance.
• Conduct daily rounds of allocated areas to ensure cleanliness standards are met.
• Be well-groomed and presentable at all times while on duty.
• Ensure compliance with all Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) requirements.
• Use appropriate cleaning agents, equipment, and Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) safely.
• Deliver work with attention to detail, maintaining Sodexo’s quality standards.

Skills & Competencies:

• Good knowledge of housekeeping practices, cleaning methods, and sanitation standards.
• Ability to handle cleaning equipment and chemicals safely.
• Attention to detail with commitment to cleanliness and hygiene.
• Good time management and ability to follow schedules.
• Physically fit and able to perform housekeeping duties.
• Strong sense of responsibility, discipline, and teamwork.
