Job Summary:
Green Roots Renewable Energy Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a skilled and experienced Site Supervisor to manage the installation and commissioning of solar power plants across various project sites. The ideal candidate will ensure that all activities are executed efficiently, safely, and with high quality, while coordinating effectively with project teams and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate all installation activities at solar power project sites.
- Monitor commissioning operations to ensure timely and efficient project completion.
- Enforce strict adherence to safety protocols and compliance standards.
- Conduct quality checks on equipment, materials, and workmanship.
- Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and project managers for smooth execution.
- Maintain daily progress reports, safety observations, and quality inspection records.
- Troubleshoot on-site challenges and escalate critical issues as needed.
- Ensure optimal utilization of manpower and resources at the site.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Diploma in Electrical / Mechanical / Civil Engineering (B.Tech preferred).
- Prior experience in solar power plant installation and commissioning is highly desirable.
- Strong knowledge of safety regulations and quality standards in solar projects.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills to manage site teams effectively.
- Willingness and ability to travel and work at different regional project locations.
