Job Summary:
The Diploma Engineer Trainee will be responsible for supporting and managing production operations in a manufacturing environment. The role involves setting up and operating production machines, monitoring performance, conducting routine maintenance checks, ensuring product quality, and maintaining safety standards. The trainee will work closely with team members and supervisors to achieve production targets, troubleshoot issues, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. This position offers hands-on experience in production processes and an opportunity to work with an international client committed to women empowerment.

Qualification & Experience:

• Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical / Electrical / Production / Relevant Field).
• Prior experience in production operations is preferred.
• Good knowledge of machine operations, maintenance, and production processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate production machines according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Monitor machine operations and make adjustments to maintain quality and productivity.
• Conduct routine maintenance checks and report malfunctions or issues to the maintenance team.
• Ensure correct materials and components are loaded and products meet quality specifications.
• Record production data, including output, downtime, and machine-related issues.
• Follow all safety procedures and use appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of work area and equipment.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production targets and resolve operational issues.
• Perform quality checks on finished products and report any defects.
• Assist in troubleshooting and continuous improvement activities.
