Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Housekeeping Associate to maintain the cleanliness, hygiene, and organization of a luxury farmhouse in Greater Noida. The role requires excellent housekeeping skills, laundry and wardrobe management expertise, and the ability to ensure a spotless and welcoming environment for residents and guests.

Job Role

The Housekeeping Associate will be responsible for performing daily cleaning tasks, organizing household items, managing laundry services, and maintaining both indoor and outdoor spaces. The candidate must ensure high standards of cleanliness, report any maintenance needs, and assist with guest or family member requirements while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, and common spaces.
• Perform dusting, mopping, vacuuming, window cleaning, and surface sanitization.
• Organize and arrange household items for neat presentation.
• Manage laundry services (washing, drying, folding, ironing, and wardrobe care).
• Maintain stock of cleaning supplies and ensure timely replenishment.
• Clean and organize the kitchen, including dishes, counters, and appliances.
• Keep outdoor areas (gardens, patios, terraces) neat and well-presented.
• Conduct deep cleaning and seasonal cleaning tasks as needed.
• Report repair or maintenance issues to the House Manager.
• Assist with household organization and attend to guest/family needs.
• Ensure security by locking windows/doors after duty.

Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum 12th Pass qualification.
• Prior experience in housekeeping (luxury residences, hotels, or private households preferred).
• Good knowledge of cleaning methods, laundry, and wardrobe management.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to high standards.
• Physical stamina for demanding housekeeping tasks.
• Ability to work independently and follow instructions.
• Good communication skills, reliability, and a proactive mindset.
• Must be based in Delhi NCR (preferably Greater Noida/Ghitorni).
