Job Summary
We are seeking dynamic and motivated Telesales / Telemarketing Executives to join our growing team at Varin Communications Pvt. Ltd. The role involves making outbound calls, generating leads, explaining products/services, and converting prospects into customers. Ideal candidates should have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to achieve sales targets while delivering a professional customer experience. Both freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
Position Details
- Designation: Telesales / Telemarketing Executive
- Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹18,000 + Attractive Incentives
- Qualification: Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate Preferred
- Experience: Freshers & Experienced – Both Welcome
- Gender: Male & Female
- Age: 18 – 25 years
- Interview Mode: Face-to-Face
- Location: Sector 63, Noida
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain products/services.
- Generate leads and maintain strong follow-ups with clients.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Handle customer queries and provide accurate information.
- Maintain proper records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Work closely with the team to achieve business goals.
Key Skills Required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills (Hindi & English preferred).
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, data entry).
- Persuasive and convincing ability.
- Positive attitude and resilience to handle rejections.
- Good listening and problem-solving skills.
