Job Summary:

We are looking for an ambitious and experienced Sales Officer to join our team at Sigma Staffing Solutions Pvt. Ltd. The role requires managing and expanding retailer and distributor relationships, identifying new market opportunities, and ensuring consistent achievement of sales targets. The ideal candidate will be a graduate with proven sales experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to drive growth by developing effective sales strategies and managing secondary sales operations.

Qualification & Experience:

• Graduate (Bachelor’s degree in Business/Commerce/Marketing preferred).
• Proven experience as a Sales Officer or in a similar sales role.
• Strong knowledge of sales techniques, distribution management, and retail networks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and strengthen relationships with retailers, distributors, and channel partners to ensure product availability and visibility.
• Identify and capture new business opportunities to expand the customer base and market share.
• Consistently achieve and exceed sales goals for the assigned territory and product division.
• Plan and execute sales strategies, promotional activities, and market campaigns.
• Drive and monitor secondary sales performance to ensure efficient product movement.
• Maintain accurate records of sales data, customer interactions, and performance reports.
• Monitor competitor activities, analyze market trends, and provide actionable insights.
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer satisfaction and support business growth.
