Job Summary
We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Telecaller to join our team at Hirenix Services Pvt. Ltd. The role involves making outbound calls, handling inbound queries, promoting company products/services, and converting leads into successful sales. The ideal candidate must have strong communication skills, basic computer knowledge, and the ability to work under pressure while maintaining a positive customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Communication:
- Make outbound calls and attend inbound calls from customers.
- Speak clearly and confidently to explain company products/services.
- Handle customer queries, objections, and rejections positively.
- Make outbound calls and attend inbound calls from customers.
- Sales & Marketing:
- Promote and sell the company’s products/services effectively.
- Educate customers about product features, benefits, and offers.
- Meet assigned sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.
- Promote and sell the company’s products/services effectively.
- Lead Management:
- Follow up on potential leads and maintain call records.
- Convert inquiries into actual sales/customers.
- Update CRM tools/Excel sheets with accurate information.

Skills Required
- Excellent verbal communication skills in regional and/or English language.
- Good listening and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM tools, Email, etc.).
- Ability to work under pressure and handle rejections.
- Positive attitude with a strong customer-centric approach.
Working Hours
- Full-time role with 9-hour working shifts (timings as per company policy).
