Job Summary

We are seeking enthusiastic and skilled Machine Operators (Apprenticeship) to join our production team at Career Secure Pvt. Ltd. The ideal candidate should have good knowledge of machine operation, a technical qualification (ITI/Diploma/Graduate), and a strong willingness to learn practical manufacturing processes. As a Machine Operator Apprentice, you will be responsible for operating and monitoring machines, assisting in assembly and packaging, maintaining production quality, and adhering to safety standards. Work Duration & Days

• 10 Hours per day
• 5 Days per week

Eligibility

• Qualification: ITI, Diploma, Graduate
• Experience: Prior experience/knowledge in operating machines preferred
• Gender: Male candidates only

Salary & Benefits

• ITI Qualified: ₹14,500 + ₹1,500 (DBT) + ₹500 (HRA) + ₹500 (Attendance) = ₹17,000/- per month
• Diploma / Graduate: ₹14,000 + ₹4,000 (DBT) + ₹500 (HRA) + ₹500 (Attendance) = ₹19,000/- per month
• OT Rate: ₹124/- per hour
• Canteen Subsidy: ₹10/- per meal (Day Shift)

Roles & Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor machines on the production line as per SOP.
• Assist in assembling, testing, and packaging of products.
• Perform routine quality checks to ensure product standards.
• Follow all safety guidelines and maintain a clean & organized workspace.
• Report equipment faults, downtime, or production issues to supervisors.
• Support senior operators and learn advanced manufacturing processes during apprenticeship.
• Ensure timely completion of assigned production tasks.
