About the Role:
We are looking for ITI-qualified and experienced Machine Operators to join our workforce for placement in a reputed Manufacturing Company at Waluj MIDC. The ideal candidate must have strong knowledge of machine operations, production processes, and should be able to support day-to-day operations while ensuring safety and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor production machinery, tools, and equipment.
- Support production processes and meet daily operational requirements.
- Learn and follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) under supervision.
- Perform in-process quality checks and ensure compliance with safety norms.
- Carry out minor machine adjustments and assist in preventive maintenance.
- Maintain accurate documentation, production logs, and progress reports.
- Report technical issues or breakdowns promptly to supervisors.
- Actively participate in training, skill enhancement, and development modules.
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Education: ITI (Industrial Training Institute) certified – Fitter, Turner, Machinist, Production, or relevant trade.
- Experience: Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a Machine Operator in the manufacturing/automobile sector.
- Knowledge:
- Machine operation and production handling.
- Use of measuring instruments & basic mechanical troubleshooting.
- Quality and safety standards in manufacturing.
