Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Sales Executive to join Phintex India Services Pvt. Ltd. The role involves generating leads, building strong customer relationships, and promoting solar panel systems for residential, commercial, and industrial clients. The candidate will be responsible for explaining solar energy benefits, financial savings, and government schemes like subsidies and PM Muft Bijli Yojna, while achieving monthly and annual sales targets. This position offers excellent growth opportunities with attractive performance-based incentives.

Job Responsibilities

  • Generate leads and build a strong pipeline of prospective customers for solar panel systems (residential, commercial, and industrial).
  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients, business opportunities, and emerging trends.
  • Explain solar solutions, financial benefits, and government schemes (subsidies, PM Muft Bijli Yojna, etc.) to customers in a clear and convincing manner.
  • Prepare and deliver impactful sales presentations, proposals, and quotations.
  • Negotiate terms, finalize contracts, and close sales to achieve monthly and annual targets.
  • Coordinate with the technical and installation teams to ensure timely and smooth execution of solar projects.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and follow-ups in the CRM system.
  • Participate in promotional activities, exhibitions, campaigns, and awareness drives to enhance brand visibility and market presence.
  • Provide after-sales support, handle queries, and ensure long-term customer satisfaction.
  • Work towards achieving targets with performance-based incentives.

  • Good knowledge of sales techniques and customer handling.
  • Ability to explain technical/financial concepts in simple terms.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and result-oriented.
  • Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools.
