Mandate & Certification

• Trainer must be ToT-certified by the relevant Sector Skill Council, in compliance with NSQF norms, including both domain and platform skills assessment, typically over 10 days, with minimum score of 80%

Educational Qualifications & Experience (as per NSQF/SSC standards)

While exact requirements vary by sector/Q-Pack, generally:

• Educational Qualification: As prescribed by the SSC for the job role (e.g., degree or diploma in relevant discipline)
• Industry Experience: As required by SSC standards for the specific sector and job role.
• Training Experience (for existing trainers): Typically ≥ 500 hours or more to qualify for direct assessment mode.

Note: Final eligibility must align with SSC's specific requirements for the Digital Mitra (SSC/Q2212) qualification pack.

Key Responsibilities

1. Candidate Counselling
   • Engage with prospective learners, assess their needs, and guide them on course enrollment and progression.
2. Training Delivery
   • Execute training as per the SSC-approved module curriculum, ensuring competency-based, outcome-oriented instruction in line with NSQF and Q-Pack.
3. Attendance Monitoring
   • Track and manage attendance effectively, ensuring compliance with training norms.
4. Daily MIS Reporting
   • Submit daily Management Information System (MIS) reports covering attendance, candidate progress, issues, etc.
5. Pre-Assessment Coordination
   • Administer and evaluate pre-assessment tests to gauge candidate readiness and identify learning gaps.
6. Assessment & Certification Preparation
   • Prepare candidates for the final SSC assessment and certification process, ensuring familiarity with exam formats and criteria.
7. Encourage Placement Excellence
   • Motivate candidates toward exceptional performance, aiming for high grades and successful placement.
8. Deliver Desired Outcomes
   • Commit to achieving and maintaining 95% training result reliability.

Desired Skills & Competencies

• Proficiency in digital training delivery and use of ICT tools (e-learning platforms, presentation aids).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for engaging adult learners.
• Effective record-keeping and MIS reporting capabilities.
• Ability to motivate and instill confidence for high performance and placement.
• Familiarity with NSQF methodology and SSC processes is highly beneficial.
