Role Overview:
We are looking for skilled and motivated Machine Operators with proficiency in operating and maintaining machines in the Loom & Tape Line processes for the technical textile (raffia) sector. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience, strong technical knowledge, and the ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor Looms & Tape Line machines in the technical textile production unit.
- Ensure smooth functioning of machines to achieve daily production targets.
- Conduct machine setup, adjustments, and minor troubleshooting as required.
- Perform regular quality checks on output to maintain standards.
- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Record daily machine performance, downtime, and production output.
- Support Operator Proficiency Training programs for new trainees and staff.
- Collaborate with maintenance teams to minimize breakdowns and maximize machine efficiency.
Required Skills & Competencies:
- Strong knowledge of machine operation in the raffia sector (Looms & Tape Line).
- Ability to read and understand machine manuals, process sheets, and technical instructions.
- Good problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Physically fit, disciplined, and attentive to detail.
- Basic understanding of safety guidelines in industrial environments.
