🔹 Summary

This is a golden opportunity for 12th Pass, ITI, Graduates, and Diploma holders (passing year 2020–2024) to work as Apprentice Trainees at Haier Appliances India Pvt. Ltd., a leading global MNC in consumer durables.
Selected candidates will work in the Assembly Line & Manufacturing Plant for products like TVs, Washing Machines, ACs, Refrigerators, and more.
The role offers hands-on industry experience, stipend, food, transport, and accommodation support. Apprenticeship-trained candidates are not eligible.

Position Details

• Designation: Assembly Line Operator / Apprentice Trainee
• Qualification Required:
  • 12th Pass
  • ITI (All Trades)
  • Graduates (BA, B.Sc., B.Com, etc.)
  • Polytechnic / Diploma (All Trades except Civil)
• Passing Year Eligibility: 2020, 2021, 2022, 2023, 2024 only
• Age Limit (as on joining date):
  • 12th, ITI: 23 – 31 years 11 months
  • Graduates: 22 – 31 years 11 months
  • Diploma: 18 – 31 years 11 months
• Gender: Male Candidates Only

Roles & Responsibilities

• Operate and manage assembly line equipment for electronic appliances manufacturing.
• Perform assembly, inspection, testing, and packaging of products like TV, Washing Machines, ACs, Refrigerators, etc.
• Ensure production targets and quality standards are achieved.
• Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and maintain safety protocols.
• Support in daily production activities, machine handling, and troubleshooting under guidance.
• Maintain discipline, hygiene, and teamwork on the shop floor.

Stipend & Benefits

• 12th / ITI: OT ₹125 per hour
• Graduates (BA/B.Sc./B.Com): OT ₹135 per hour
• Diploma (All trades except Civil): OT ₹152 per hour
• For candidates passed before 2020 (Graduates/Polytechnic): Fixed Stipend ₹17,087/- per month
• Shift: 8 hours rotational shifts (Overtime as per company policy)
• Canteen Facility: Subsidized – ₹348/month (includes 1 meal, snacks & tea during shift)
• Bus Facility: Free company transport available from accommodation to factory.
• Accommodation Support: Rooms available nearby (₹3500–4000/month, shared by 3–4 persons).

• Apprenticeship-trained candidates are NOT eligible for this role.
• Candidates must carry valid documents (ID, qualification certificates, photographs, etc.) during the recruitment process.
• Stipend varies as per qualification and year of passing.
