Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Picker / Packer with a minimum qualification of 12th Pass and good knowledge of warehouse operations. The role involves picking and packing products accurately and efficiently while maintaining quality and safety standards. This position requires strong attention to detail, physical stamina, and the ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick products from inventory based on customer orders using a scanner or picking list.
- Inspect products for any damage, defects, or discrepancies before packing.
- Pack items securely and efficiently to ensure safe delivery.
- Label packages correctly with accurate shipping information.
- Maintain an organized, clean, and safe work environment.
- Ensure timely and accurate shipping of orders.
- Assist with inventory checks, stock replenishment, and cycle counts as needed.
- Strictly adhere to warehouse safety guidelines and standards.
- Report any issues, damages, or discrepancies to supervisors/team leaders.
- Support other warehouse operations as required.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum qualification: 12th Pass.
- Prior experience in Picker / Packer or warehouse operations is mandatory.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Physically fit and able to lift, move, and stand for long durations.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) or similar tools (preferred).
- Effective communication skills and ability to work well in a team.
- Ability to adapt to high-pressure and fast-paced work environments.
Work Environment:
- Warehouse-based role with continuous movement, standing, and lifting.
- Fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Adherence to safety and hygiene protocols at all times.
