Job Role Summary
The Assembly Line Operator will be responsible for operating and monitoring machinery, assembling electronic components, ensuring product quality, and maintaining smooth production flow. The role demands attention to detail, adherence to safety protocols, and the ability to meet production targets in a fast-paced manufacturing environment at Elin Electronics, Ghaziabad.
Roles and Responsibilities
1. Quality Control
- Inspect products and components at different stages of assembly.
- Ensure products meet company standards, technical specifications, and quality guidelines.
2. Machine Operation
- Operate, monitor, and maintain assembly line machinery and tools.
- Perform routine checks to ensure smooth machine functioning.
3. Instruction Following
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
- Accurately assemble products as per defined processes.
4. Troubleshooting
- Identify and report any machine malfunctions or product defects.
- Coordinate with supervisors/maintenance teams to resolve issues promptly.
5. Safety Compliance
- Follow workplace safety standards and company policies.
- Maintain a safe and clean working environment for self and team members.
6. Production Monitoring
- Track production progress, maintain records, and meet daily targets.
- Contribute to improving the efficiency and speed of the assembly line.
