Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Assembly Line Operator to join our team at BOSCH (NewTech Filter). The ideal candidate should be a 12th Pass with hands-on experience in assembly line operations, good knowledge of tools and machinery, and the ability to maintain quality standards while meeting production targets. This role requires strong attention to detail, teamwork, and adherence to safety protocols.
Eligibility & Qualification
- Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass
- Experience: Must have prior experience as an Assembly Line Operator
- Good knowledge of assembly line processes, tools, and machinery
Key Responsibilities
1. Product Assembly
- Fit and assemble various parts and modules using tools, hardware, and adhesives.
- Follow assembly instructions, blueprints, and standard operating procedures.
2. Quality Control
- Inspect completed products to ensure they meet quality standards, tolerances, and specifications.
- Perform rework or corrections if required.
3. Tool Operation
- Operate and maintain hand tools, power tools, and assembly machinery safely.
- Ensure proper care and handling of equipment.
4. Work Area Maintenance
- Keep the assembly line and workstation clean, organized, and safe.
- Follow 5S and housekeeping practices.
5. Documentation & Reporting
- Record production output, raw material usage, and maintain logs.
- Update reports in computer systems or as directed by the supervisor.
6. Safety Compliance
- Adhere to company policies, safety protocols, and environmental standards.
- Wear protective gear (PPE) and ensure accident-free operations.
7. Teamwork & Communication
- Collaborate with team members, supervisors, and other departments.
- Support in achieving production targets and resolving issues.
