Job Description – Picker / Packer
Company: Adecco India – West

Designation: Picker / Packer / Scanner / Sorter
Location: Pune
No. of Positions: 100
Qualification & Eligibility:
- Minimum 12th Pass (10th / 12th / ITI / Diploma / Graduation / Certification courses also accepted).
- Prior experience in Picker/Packer role is mandatory.
- Good knowledge of warehouse operations, sorting, packing, and scanning.
- Gender: Male candidates preferred.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Pick and pack items as per order sheet, ensuring 100% accuracy.
- Verify work orders with item and batch numbers before dispatch.
- Physically transport items to the designated loading/unloading area.
- Report any product damage or shortage to the warehouse supervisor immediately.
- Sort items into correct storage areas as per work order instructions.
- Label products with correct details (date, shipping, price, quantity, etc.) as per guidelines.
- Place items onto delivery pallets and assist loaders with proper stacking.
- Receive incoming shipments and cross-check with documentation to ensure accuracy.
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards within the warehouse.

- Knowledge of warehouse operations (picking, packing, scanning, sorting).
- Attention to detail and accuracy in order processing.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with deadlines.
- Physical stamina for lifting, moving, and standing for long hours.
- Teamwork and discipline in following warehouse protocols.
