Job Summary
We are hiring Trainee Operators for our client Skh Metal Limited, a leading automotive component manufacturer. This role is ideal for freshers and entry-level candidates who are eager to learn machine operations, production processes, and quality control under professional guidance. Candidates will gain hands-on shop floor experience, receive training on industry standards, and have opportunities for career growth in the manufacturing sector.
Eligibility Criteria
- Qualification: 10th Pass / 12th Pass / Graduate / ITI / Diploma
- Candidate must have basic knowledge of machine operations/production processes.
- Prior experience is an advantage but freshers are also encouraged.
Salary Structure
- 10th – 12th / Graduation: ₹14,000 (8 hrs) | ₹20,000 (12 hrs)
- ITI Candidates: ₹15,000 (8 hrs) | ₹20,000 (12 hrs)
- Diploma Candidates: ₹18,500 CTC (8 hrs duty)
- Overtime: Regular 4 hrs OT available (as per company OT rate)

Key Responsibilities
- Assist in machine operations and production activities under supervisor guidance.
- Maintain quality standards as per company requirements.
- Support in achieving daily production targets.
- Ensure proper material handling and workplace discipline.
- Follow safety protocols and report issues to supervisors.
