Position Overview
We are looking for an experienced Telecaller with excellent communication and client-handling skills. The candidate will be responsible for inside telesales, hiring nannies for clients, maintaining records, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle outbound and inbound calls to connect with potential clients.
- Hire and onboard nannies/caretakers based on client requirements.
- Maintain and update client records using Excel, CRM, and other system tools.
- Achieve assigned sales and calling targets within timelines.
- Follow-up with leads, provide service information, and close hiring requirements.
- Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth onboarding of staff.
- Maintain a professional and customer-centric approach during all interactions.
Requirements
- Qualification: Minimum 12th Pass.
- Experience: Prior experience in Telecalling/Telesales is mandatory.
- Skills:
- Good knowledge of Telecaller practices and customer service.
- Strong communication and persuasion skills.
- Basic knowledge of Excel, CRM, and system-based reporting.
- Ability to meet sales targets and work under pressure.

- Other Details:
- Candidate must use their own phone handset for calling (SIM will be provided by the company).
- Must be punctual, disciplined, and target-oriented.
