Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and result-driven Sales & Marketing Executive to join National Social Society. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, hands-on experience in sales and marketing activities, and the ability to build relationships with corporate clients. The role primarily involves Telecalling, email communication, CSR coordination with corporates, and follow-ups to drive partnerships and support the organization’s growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate leads and promote the company’s initiatives through Telecalling and emails.
  • Handle corporate CSR mail communication and establish partnerships.
  • Maintain and manage corporate databases for CSR opportunities.
  • Prepare and send professional business proposals and follow up with clients/corporates.
  • Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to achieve targets.
  • Build long-term business relationships with corporate clients and stakeholders.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for smooth execution of projects and services.
  • Track market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
  • Maintain proper documentation of client communication and follow-ups.

Key Skills Required

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills (verbal & written).
  • Good knowledge of Sales & Marketing processes.
  • Ability to handle Telecalling and email communication professionally.
  • Knowledge of CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) activities and corporate partnerships.
  • Result-oriented with negotiation and persuasion skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and email drafting.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
