Job Description
We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Telecaller to join our team in the Beauty & Wellness sector. The candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, counseling potential candidates, and providing detailed information about our beautician and wellness programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective clients/candidates regarding beautician, hair spa, and wellness training programs.
- Counsel candidates and provide detailed information about courses, benefits, and career opportunities.
- Handle inbound calls, respond to queries, and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Update and maintain records of calls, leads, and follow-ups in the system.
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call targets and ensure conversion goals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients.
- Coordinate with the training team to schedule appointments and course enrollments.
- Share promotional information and offers to boost admissions and participation.
Requirements
- Minimum 12th Pass with good communication skills (Hindi mandatory, English preferred).
- Proven experience as a Telecaller / Customer Care Executive.
- Good knowledge of telecalling techniques and customer handling.
- Confident, polite, and persuasive speaking skills.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, data entry).
- Interest in beauty and wellness industry will be an added advantage.
